Hey guys,

I had a couple of mins left, and I thought this'd be fun to do. Don't know if you have any use for it.

Well, the old logo is getting...old :) hehe

Maybe we can refresh it :)

I think Tino is the guy to fix it though.

Great work - can I make a suggestion tho' the blue shadow background, instead of Kermits evil twin sat on a shed - how about a silhouette of one of each race type all blended together - or even a screengrab of the current Muppet guild and made into a background silhoutte - this would kind of personalise it

Just a thought

Thx for the comments people. Glad you like it. As for kermit's evil twin: that is what the tabard design frog looks like. Taking him out can be done easily. I agree on personalising the logo. I'll see what I can do, but if it's to go on a main page, i prefer not making it too heavy.

I'll be posting something I'd really like to do in the next post. Stay tuned.

It looks nice, sharper then our current logo, also nice highlights.
I like the idea of incorporating the guild tabard-logo. I wouldn't use such a big 'shadow'. Maybe we could have all Horde races outlined as background, like T1 is putting forward.

Nice!

Nice work indeed.

And technically, anyone with access to the Closet can modify the whole site, if they know how.

Revisions, revisions...

How about this? I tried looking for a cutout of all races, but no decent sources on that, and making a screen cutout of the guild as a backdrop would take forever, and favor some people while cutting out others.

So I tried the Horde crest.

How's this?

Very subtle, tho if you wouldn't have pointed it out i would not have known it was the Horde crest...

Now all we need is a decent crop of this. Can you trim off as much as possible of the white on the top and bottom? then we can exchange the old logo for this one (which is way cooler).

Perhaps you need to fade the horde crest out a bit closer to the bottom of the text so the image isn't as tall as well. You're the artist. See what you can do :)

How's this? I had to crop what was initially a too tall logo and reduce the crest size, but i think it still looks decent:

What do you guys think? It's slightly larger than the original, but I don't think it'd be much of an issue.

That looks pretty good! Doesn't matter too much about not being able to notice the crest. I for one did, but to our trained eyes we're more likely to see it anyways. Nice work, mate.

That's fine.

I'll PM Tino and twist his arm to replace the old one.

Edit: Opps. Disabled. We'll fix it somehow.
